This PR has multiple features (sorry):

  • Add the favicon (taken from here)
  • Make a grid for the offer buttons
  • Make the grid responsive.
  • Make all font sizes responsive.

The entire page should now be responsive down to ~290px width.

You might want to check out the CSS files and patch them. I am not all too familiar with common CSS practises, so my naming style etc. might not be conforming to yours. (Tip: You can checkout pull requests. Works with gitea too.)
